NCD Guardianship Report: Towards Alternatives That Promote Greater Self-Determination

The National Council on Disability (NCD) recently released a comprehensive study on the state of guardianship in the United States with an eye toward determining what the best practices to promote greater access to self-determination for people with disabilities might be as we move ahead.

The depth and breadth of the report make it a must read for those of us involved in building a more equitable future for people with disabilities.
