The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has released an advisory letter to all vendors regarding increases in state minimum wage that will be effective January 1, 2018. Vendors may begin submitting requests to the Department for increases in rates to comply with the new minimum wage. The deadline for submission is March 1, 2018. The full letter can be read here here.
