FREE Certified Webinar Training on Responding to Sexual Assault Disclosures by People with Disabilities

In collaboration with VALOR, The Arc of California is proud to present “California Advocates Leading in Engagement, Accessibility and Developmental Disability Services” (C.A. LEADDS) – a FREE certified training series to provide professionals supporting people with developmental disabilities a foundation for being able to respond to sexual assault disclosures in a trauma-informed way.

The C.A. LEADDS video conference series will help build knowledge around the prevalence of sexual assault and people with disabilities, services available to survivors of sexual assault in the community, the impacts of trauma, and more.

We strongly encourage direct support professionals, service provider staff and supervisors, regional center coordinators, and any other professionals supporting people with disabilities to attend one of the two options for these important trainings.
