Early Intervention & Insurance – Family Survey

The Systems Committee of the California Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) on Early Intervention is gathering information on the status of use of private insurance by families within Early Start and they need to hear from families. If your family has participated in Early Start please take this short, confidential survey and help collect data regarding this critical service delivery issue.
